- We advise patients to adopt a heart-healthy diet, exercise regularly.
- Depending on the patient’s condition, we may recommend antihypertensive/ diabetes medication.
- We emphasize the importance of regular blood pressure / sugar checks and adherence counselling to assess treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal control and prevent complications.

- A cuff is placed around your upper arm and inflated to measure your blood pressure / finger prick to measure sugar levels, with the results displayed on a monitor or recorded manually.
- Based on the results, we’ll offer advice on lifestyle changes, recommend further tests, or discuss treatment options.
